General

Applicants aged between 15 and 19 are welcome to apply for the Model UN sessions in New York and Harvard. Exceptions for the age restrictions can sometimes be made, please write to us if this is your case.

We will process your application and get back to you within 5 business days. In case you do not hear from us, please check your spam folder or email us.

We welcome anybody who is interested to participate and develop themselves. We will provide you with the necessary material to participate at the conference.

Travel & Accommodation

Yes. A month before the trip we will ask you if you wish to stay with anybody specific.

The delegation will meet at the Tallinn Airport and travel together.

Yes, students are supervised by experienced chaperones throughout the entire trip, including flights. During free time, chaperones offer a separate evening program for those who wish to stay under supervision.

You will need to bring your passport, Estonian ID card or residence permit, and a copy of your ESTA/visa. For minors under the age of 18, you will also need to bring a travel consent form. Necessary details regarding the travel consent form and ESTA/visa will be provided to you after registration.

ESTA & Visa

Estonian, EU, or UK passports DO NOT need a visa for the US. You will only need a US ESTA. Passports which do not qualify for the US ESTA will need to apply for a US B1-B2 tourist VISA at the US Embassy in Tallinn.

Yes, we will send you all the necessary information and documents for your ESTA/visa application after you register and confirm your participation.

The ESTA application fee is US$40. You will get an application status update within 72 hours. Application approvals are not sent by email, it is your responsibility to check the ESTA website for your application status.

A B1-B2 tourist visa to the United States costs US$185. Since October 1, 2025, travelers from countries not participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are subject to an additional non-waivable, non-refundable Visa Integrity Fee of US$250.

However, most visa applications have reported not to charge this fee yet. This information is dated to December 7, 2025, and may change in the future.
